Empowering through Education

Our mission and vision
At Solve to Soar, we aim to make education equal to all and address the challenges posed by the shadow education crisis through consistent volunteer sessions, engaging lesson plans, and personalised support. We hope to create a future where every child, regardless of background, has equal access to quality education, ultimately fostering a love for mathematics.
Sustainable development goals

Goal 4: Quality Education
Our mission directly aligns with the goal of quality education for all. We believe that every child deserves access to quality education, regardless of their socioeconomic background. Through our student-led volunteer sessions, we ensure that every child has the opportunity to develop their math skills in a supportive environment, fostering a love for learning and building confidence in their abilities.

Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities
By serving underprivileged and underserved communities, we actively work to reduce inequalities, specifically in education. Our tutoring sessions are designed to level the playing field, providing personalised support to those less privileged students who may otherwise fall behind. Through our initiatives, we hope to create a more equitable educational landscape where all students can thrive.
Solve to Soar In Numbers
OUR IMPACT
We believe that Solve to Soar makes a meaningful social impact in two main ways: bridging educational gaps for underprivileged children and activating youth leadership.
Student IMpact
By providing consistent math tutoring, we equip students with critical academic skills that will serve as building blocks for their future success - helping break cycles of educational disadvantage. By providing free math tutoring and mentorship, we help these students build foundational skills, improve their academic confidence, and develop a more positive attitude toward learning.

VOLUNTEER IMpact
In addition to helping the children we serve, we also offer student volunteers—particularly those passionate about math—a meaningful opportunity to apply their knowledge in service to the community. Through teaching, our volunteers not only reinforce their own understanding of math but also cultivate leadership, empathy, and a deeper appreciation for educational equity.
